We ensure sustainable employee mobility at your workplace! Or, to put it another way: fewer cars to provide parking space for…
We at Kobla are happy to use our technology, our methodology and our energy to motivate employees in your company to travel greener in their everyday lives! We are happy to contribute to the planning of sustainable mobility in connection with any expansion or relocation plans. It’s in moments like these that change can be made! We are happy to participate in long-term mobility planning, offering expertise in mobility, technology and behavioral psychology.
If we were to take responsibility for your company’s employee mobility, we typically set up an annual wheel for how measures and campaigns are distributed throughout the year, as well as contributing to joint meetings and offering mobility planning directly with the employees.
We’ve become experts at dealing with the opposition!
Together with a working group from your company, we do the following:
- Identifies what benefits the customer/location has that can act as incentives. For example, free waffles in the canteen on Fridays only for those who cycle, or attractive parking spaces reserved for carpoolers. The goal is to have something physical to tempt you with, through the digital channel.
- Defines content in the various campaigns. A typical campaign can be about competing internally or with other companies for the most environmental efforts together, winning prizes, rewarding efforts. But it is also possible to have an individual health focus, measuring before and after levels on personal KPIs. A third variant is role model campaigns, where, for example, winter cyclists are praised, possibly with the sharing of dangerous points along the route as input to the municipality.
- Conduct 2-3 town hall-style meetings for all employees, plus group work. What opportunities and obstacles do employees have today? How is mobility experienced in the workplace? How can everyone either continue with active forms of travel throughout the fall and winter, or facilitate carpooling? What do they think about the changes? What does it take to make changes? Are the current incentives perceived as attractive? What else should be done instead?
- Conducting test days, where employees try different electric bike variants that we have hired. We also offer subsidized rental of electric bikes to employees.
- Carry out the agreed number of campaigns

What is expected of your company:
- Facilitate attractive incentives as far as possible, for example related to parking spaces.
- Convene and host town-hall meetings with sustainable mobility as a theme, linked to expansion plans.
Possible additional activities outside the specified campaigns:
- “Green treasure hunt” variant with, for example, short-haul destinations, or power tourism, reached with green forms of travel during the summer/autumn holidays (price corresponding to the Vi-tar-det campaign).
- Employee travel survey providing accurate data on employee travel to/from work (price equivalent to the Vi-tar-it campaign) on travel mode distribution, emission figures (scope 3, category 7) and avoided emissions (scope 4). (It is becoming increasingly important to show what employers are doing to prevent emissions. Kobla’s climate accounts provide accurate figures for this).
