The processing of personal data is subject to the applicable Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our internal procedures for handling personal data comply with the Personal Data Act. This means that requirements for information security and internal control are met.
Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information stored about you. You can also request that incorrect information about you be corrected. You can do this by contacting support@kobla.no.
All personal information you provide to us is stored securely and treated confidentially. Anonymous travel data is collected on the server for travel habit survey (RVU) purposes but is never shared with third parties.
Vehicle registration numbers are not shared with data processors and are only stored as long as you use the app on your mobile phone.
